Priced per company. Not per person.

A safety program that only covers the people with a company email address isn't a program. Every tier includes unlimited users — office, supervisors and crew, with PIN access for anyone who doesn't have an email address.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as an employee?

Anyone on your payroll who needs to be in the safety program — including crew who don't have a company email address and sign in with a PIN. Subcontractors you don't employ don't count against your band.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month to month and you can stop at any time. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export everything — programs, policies, training records, incident logs, audit history — as files you can open without us. Your OSHA records are your legal obligation, not our leverage, and we will not hold them.

What's not included?

We are not a consultancy. We don't perform your inspections, we don't sign off on your program, and we don't make regulatory determinations for you. If you need somebody on site, you need a safety consultant — and the product is built to work alongside one.

Who supports me?

Product questions are answered in the app, immediately. Questions about your own records — who's overdue, what's missing — are answered from your data. Questions of regulatory judgement go to a person.

Couldn't I just do this with an AI assistant?

For the writing, largely yes — a good assistant will draft you a hazard communication program in a couple of minutes, and it will keep getting better at that. What it can't do is keep the program current when the rule changes, tell you which version was in force the day of the incident, or show that the crew had read it. Your legal duty as an employer can't be handed to software, ours or anyone's, so what you actually need is the record that you met it. That's the part we build.
