Do I still post the 300A if I submit it electronically?

Short answer

Yes. These are two separate obligations and doing one does not satisfy the other.

The electronic submission goes to OSHA; the posting is for your own employees. The Form 300A must be physically posted in the workplace from February 1 through April 30 of the year following the year the records cover.

29 CFR 1904.32 Read it on osha.gov.

Two obligations, two audiences

1904.41 is a submission to the agency. 1904.32 is a notice to your workforce. They happen at overlapping times of year, which is why they get conflated, and they are satisfied independently.

Where it has to be posted

In each establishment, in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted, and it must stay legible for the full three months rather than being put up and quietly taken down in March.
